This is my weight loss journal to start Sunday January 27th, 2008. My goal is to lose 2 lbs per week and get back down to 180 pounds by May.
I will work out at a min of 4 days a week. This will include 30mins of weight training and 30mins of cardio
i will drink at least 64ozs of water a day
i will not eat after 9pm and i will not wake up to eat during the night.
I will measure my food.
I will not go out to eat more then 1 time a week.
I will not drink alcohol more then 1 time a week and when i do it will be lite beer or diet soda drinks.
